Ho Ho Ho Christmas time is coming don't ya know! We've made it to week four of our 12 Weeks of Christmas countdown, and so far we've seen a beautiful embroidered pillow and two supper cute applique pillows. I thought I'd make something a little bit different.
I have the best job ever! Some of the others here may tell you that they have the best job, but really I do. I spend my day dreaming of fabric, quilts, and sewing projects. And I get paid to do that!!! Could it get any better? Well, yes, actually it does.
Hello my name is Sue and I have a sewing problem. I just don't have enough room to store everything! I've tried not keeping scraps – but that's just wrong – so I keep scraps. I've tried to use up my stash. The only problem is I keep buying more. I've tried not buying more fabric unless it was for the project I was working on at the time, but there's always the next project in my mind and when you see the perfect fabric, well, you know, no fabric left behind!

Here’s my September block. When I designed it I was thinking of last September where I spent it in Australia with my all my family there. We stayed at the beach that I spent many childhood vacations at.
Here's proof that I actually use the stuff I design. This is my bedside table complete with dust, and my phone charger valet. I keep my glasses in there at night, and my phone on charge. I find it stops the cat from pushing my glasses off the table onto the dog in the middle of the night. Trust me that's a great saving. Dog and cat politics in the middle of the night is no fun!
