I don’t know if you have been paying attention to what has been happening on our Designer Download page, but in the last two weeks we have added 32 new patterns and 3 new designers and more in the hopper just waiting to be typed in and added. Patterns are coming in faster than I can put them up. It has been an exciting adventure. If you haven’t been on our Designer Download page in a while, what are you waiting for? Let me take this time to introduce you to some of our newer designers.
First off we have Chatterbox Quilts. Kim Jamieson-Hirst who never really considered herself a “creative” person, really did a good job proving that thought wrong. We currently have 2 patterns from her, but keep your eye out for more and more to come (because I plan on begging just a little) or check out her website for more patterns and tutorials. She has patterns for embroidery and Stuffies too. Her owls are just so cute I just can’t resist them.
Next we have one of my favorite designers, Allison Harris of Cluck Cluck Sew. Why is she one of my favorites, you ask? I just love her name it makes me giggle every time. Ok so that isn’t the only reason. Her designs are so fresh and clean.
Most of her patterns use 2-1/2” strips, 5” charms, or 10” stacks. They are great to use up some of those stashes and scraps that you can’t just throw away. (Trust me I have two baskets full of scraps that could easily be cut up in to charms to use on one of these cute patterns.
We have also added to our Designer arsenal Melissa Stramel of Lilac Lane. She has lot of patterns coming so hold onto your hats, because we have just gotten started with her. In the coming weeks we will be adding some girls dresses and matching doll dresses. She let me know today that she will be sending more patterns, so keep your eyes out for more.
Don’t miss the new patterns from our ol’ friends at Me and My Sister Designs. They have recently added 16 of their newer patterns.
They have added 4 downloads that each have 3 patterns for some quick and easy projects; also some adorable bags for just about every occasion as well as other fun quilts. Many of these patterns use pre-cuts like 5” charms and 10” stacks.
Now comes the fun part… have fun browsing our wide selection of download. Now comes the hard part… which one to do first.
