What is the Zirkel Magnetic Pin Holder typically used for?

It’s used to hold pins.

What was your first impression?

I thought it seemed expensive at first, but after trying it I have to have one! It comes in three different colors – purple, teal, and black.

What was your experience using the Zirkel Magnetic Pin Holder like?

It’s great to use! All of the pins have the heads facing outward so you can easily grab one when you need one without worrying about getting the wrong end.

How long did it take you to learn how to use it?

No time at all.

What did you like best?

I loved that the magnet is so strong it you don’t have to put the pins right on it and they still automatically go heads out!

What did you like least?

The only thing I can think of is that I would probably to keep it a safe distance from my machines. But that isn’t a problem, I have had other magnetic pin cushions and I’m used to it.

Could you see another potential use?

Technically, anything that sticks to a magnet could be put on it but in my sewing room it is just for pins. It could be also used as a weight for holding patterns down for cutting around tissue clothing patterns because it is heavy or as a paper weight.

Why do you NEED it?

Because it so great to be able to reach for my pins and have them already be in the right position. I sew so much faster!

Who would appreciate the Zirkel Magnetic Pin Holder most?

These are perfect for:

  • Beginner, intermediate, and expert quilters
  • Anyone acquiring the basics

Can I see the Zirkel Magnetic Pin Holder in action?
