My Sewing Room Mini Make Over
7.2.2013

I spent the long Memorial Day weekend hard at work cleaning and rearranging my sewing room–trying to make some sense of the chaos.  I took down the table I had been using for my sewing machine, moved boxes around, and organized my patterns and projects.  For the first time in a long time I was able to get to my big window and give it a good cleaning!

All this was done in preparation for…..

….my new Aussie Sewing Cabinet!

I have dreamed of owning one of these for quite some time and finally was able to treat myself.  It has so much storage that it’s going to take a while to figure out where to put things, but it has been fun getting organized with so many nooks and crannies to play with.  I love having so much room to spread the pieces of a project out while working.  Now I’m all set for some serious quilting time! With my favorite show playing on Netflix, room to maneuver, and all my items close at hand, I’ve been having a hard time leaving.

If you, too, have been dreaming of a new sewing cabinet, now is a great time to pick one up!  They are on sale during the month of July.  Click here for details.

Oh, very nice! I’m so jealous. I’m sure you don’t need both of the sewing machines. You should come visit and leave one here for a long (very long) extended vacation. LOL
