Mon Amour Table Runner
5.21.2013

When I saw the toile from the Chateau de Fleurs collection, I drooled! Red is a favorite color and how striking is this two-colored Mon Amour Table Runner?! The spotlight is on the toile which is where it should be! And, it’s accented with the most beautiful red fabric… just yummy!

Mon Amour is reasonably constructed in a weekend. Techniques required include strip piecing and half-square triangles with a few cut triangles to piece into the table runner. All-in-all it is fairly easy construction. Mon Amour is a perfect match to the French Countryside quilt. They complement each other well.
