Here we are in Week 7 of the Gifty Galore blog series, featuring the Hot-Cold Cup Wrap from our book, Fast, Fun, and More Gifty. Who doesn’t need a cup jacket?! Wahoo! Keep that coffee warm or keep your hand dry with an iced drink! I love, love, love MaryJo’s newest collection, Spooks & Spells! The fabrics are great fun for Halloween! The collection was so popular that not all of the fabrics are available anymore, but some of the fabrics we used that are:

9294 Cobwebs

9297 Happy Jacks

9298 Magical Stars

The wrap is reversible, however, as you can see the binding from back and front is different . We tried a new technique for making binding that provides a contrasting flange and the complete binding is machine stitched! Yep! No hand sewing! Take a look at the tutorial here!

The fabric requirements in the pattern provide for two cup wraps; one for you and one as a gift (if you want *wink*). I just think they are darling. That MaryJo, what will she come up with next? Mwah-wah-wah…
