Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! Who said quilters aren’t festive!? Here at Connecting Threads we have a tradition of holding a Halloween costume contest along with our sister companies. There were so many great costumes! Below is a photo of our company’s contestants.

Our marketing department dressed themselves as lumberjacks complete with handmade knit beards. There was a pirate, a fox, an athletic department coach, and a “bulky” dude. In or department, we rocked and won first and second places! Melissa (second place) made herself up as a festive Christmas tree complete with presents and bells attached to her feet. Jenni was a mysterious gypsy with lots of gold bling (she might be able to forcast your future!), and Jenna (first place) was a black widow spider, complete with creepy spider legs and a huge fluffy spider body.

As you can see, we had a lot of fun.
