February Candle Mat

When Christmas came to a close on Gifty Galore (QWU) this year, we really needed something to look forward to making. Gifty Galore offers six months of wonderful projects with a new one posted each week from June through December. When the season comes to a close it’s such a disappointment to be left with nothing to make so, Teri and I put our creative heads together and came up with a series of candle mats.

We will have a candle mat a month from February through June. Just finishing in time for our 2013 Gifty Christmas season again! Wahoo! What makes this so special is that the project pattern is free!!! Yep! FREE! Uh, did I say FREE?

February’s project is of course, all about hearts celebrating Valentine’s Day. The fabrics are from our Quilter’s Candy Collection and if you want to display the little quilt rather than using it as a candle mat it fits perfectly on our Wire Table Stand with the Heart Header.
Here are the fabrics I used in the February Candle Mat:

4029 Multi Stripe-Dance Recital, 4005 Classic Dot Tomato, 3999 Little Stars-Pink, 3875 Mirage-Orange

Enjoy each FREE monthly Candle Mat project as they are revealed.

Thanks for the free patterns. Tried to order the Inferno Quilt in red but it was already sold out when I ordered. Will you be coming back with the kit again?
    Thanks

That particular kit won’t be coming back but the pattern may in a new collection. I’m sorry it sold so fast. That was a surprise for all of us!
