If you need more storage space, this is the cabinet for you. Made in the same durable design and colors as all existing Arrow cabinets, this compact storage unit is the perfect addition to complement your existing sewing room set-up. With four large drawers, you’ll find plenty of storage for all of your sewing notions, and the wheels on the bottom of the cabinet make it easy to maneuver around your sewing room. If you would like to win your very own Suzi Storage Cabinet, all you need to do is post a comment telling us what your favorite quilting magazines are, if any. Also, be sure to note which finish you would want if you won. We will pick our winner on Tuesday, October 23rd. Good luck!

It’s been years since I bought a quilting magazine. I used to subscribe to a couple of different ones. They are filled with great information and projects, but now I tend to purchase books by favorite designers or individual patterns. I also like to design my own patterns with EQ7.
    I like the oak finish.

Which quilt magazine is my favorite is an extremely difficult question to answer. I like different ones for different reasons and subscribe to most of them. For general quilt patterns I like ‘Quilt’ and ‘Fon’s & Porter’s Love of Quilting’ as well as ‘Fabric Trends’, but for other more artistic type qults I turn to ‘Quilt Arts’ and ‘Machine Embroidery’. If I should happen to win this cabinet I would like the oak finish.

Such a nice and generous giveaway. My husband gave me a new sewing cabinet by Arrow (which I love) Wouldn’t it be fun to win an accessory cabinet. My favorite magazine is American Patchwork & Quilting. I find loads of inspiration from this publication. Oh, and by the way, my cabinet finish is Cherry.

“Quiltmaker” is one of my favorite magazines. I love the organization, easy to follow directions and patterns. It is very user friendly. One of my best friends and I caught the quilting bug from a fellow teacher. We would dream of the days when we could be home and sew whenever! Now that I am retired and am able to sew “whenever”, I find the lack of organization of my sewing tools to be a roadblock to my love of sewing. This cabinet in white would be such a great organizational asset. Thank you for this generous opportunity.

My favorite quilting magazines varies month to month. Quilters Newsletter has had more appeal to me lately, Fons and Porter is next. Boy could I use a neat storage cabinet like the Suzi. White would be my choice. If I had a Suzi I could eliminate several plastic containers and have more table top work space. How do we accumulate so many small pieces and then misplace them in one of the many plastic boxes. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

And, this sounds silly, but the Connecting Threads catalog! :) I will look at any of them though! :) I have set up and area to sew-on top of an air hockey table and I had a dog crate which held my supplies on top of it and a lamp. Well, the dog crate is gone now, but still haven’t found anything to replace it. A white one like this would be perfect for that spot!

I am currently not enjoying any magazines. I am struggling with them because I don’t think they are modern but instead kinda “old” or maybe traditional is a better word.
There is one that I continue to purchase: Quilts n More. I like the variety in that one but still struggle a bit with the lack of modern items.

Does a Connecting Threads catalog count as a quilting magazine?? You always have great quilts in it! I actually prefer to just look at ideas online, rather than any particular magazine. This cabinet would be wonderful in my sewing room, I would love to have it in oak! Good luck to everyone entering!! :)

I know you’ve already drawn–VERY unfortunately for me as I could Really use something like that currently!! However, I used to like Fon’s & Porter’s but last year (no, I think 2 yrs ago)I felt it really went down hill, so I discontinued my subscription! Now I get Easy Quilts from my Quilter’s Club of America (QCA) membership and it really rocks my socks! So, that’s what I am sticking w/! Plus then I look at the others while sitting in a comfy bookstore and see if there are any really full of good content, esp. around the holidays for gifts. Sometimes I’ll purchase that issue if there’s a ton I want in it, but if it is all super simple and I feel I can re-create it on my own, then I’ll snap a photo with my cam phone to spark my memory, but just browse the section there! I think I would pick the cherry finish as it would match my armoire I believe!
