Lasting Legacies Block of the Month

The Lasting Legacies Quilt Along is beginning their first block for Connecting Threads first ever Block of the Month this week. It is being constructed from the brand new Lasting Legacies civil war collection. December Candle Mat

Awe, isn't he so cute?! Perfect for the holiday season, this little snowman will bring a joyful cheer to your home. The December Candle Mat is constructed from Quilter's Candy fabric options. Certainly a quick sew, and easily created in a couple of hours. You just need to be careful which way you turn the HSTs.

Santa’s New Suit!

How cute are these placemats and napkins by Jo-Lydia’s Attic??  They’re just so delightful and cheery and make me want to fill my belly with a bowl full of jelly.  ;]  And, they were super easy to make.  I chose from the Quilter’s Candy Prints because they’re not too busy yet still completely adorable!  I also chose the fake fur option on the placemats because I think the texture makes them pop ...
